About

• ACEL-Fresno is a tuition-free, public charter high school authorized by the Fresno Unified School District

• The first students are a class of ninth grade freshmen who are interested in a project-based program integrating the development of students’ skills in using technology with history/social science, English/language arts, science, and mathematics

• ACEL-Fresno is still enrolling current 9th grade students from anywhere in the San Joaquin Valley.

• ACEL-Fresno is located at the Boys & Girls Club on Belmont Avenue in Fresno, CA (540 N. Augusta) near Tehipite Middle School

• Students will be prepared for college entrance or workplace careers

• Students will be prepared to succeed on all statewide mandated tests including STAR and CAHSEE
